Your inventory stops living in a WhatsApp group.
Estate CRM keeps every listing, every requirement and every lead in one place — captures new stock straight from the groups you are already in, matches buyers to it automatically, and gives you a listings site of your own.

What it does
The parts of the job that actually lose you deals
Not a generic CRM with property fields bolted on. Every one of these exists because broking in India works a particular way.
Listings arrive from WhatsApp
Broker groups are where Indian inventory actually moves. Forward a message and it is parsed into a listing or a requirement, de-duplicated against what you already hold, and put in a review queue — never straight into your database.
Buyers matched to stock, automatically
Every requirement carries a budget, configuration, localities and a radius. Matching runs in the database over real geography, so a 2 BHK in Vijay Nagar under ₹80 L finds itself instead of waiting for someone to remember it.
A pipeline that chases itself
Move a lead and it asks for the next follow-up before it lets go. The worklist is what is due today, not a list of everything you have ever touched.
Your own listings site
Publish any listing to a site of your own in one tap, and to the shared marketplace when you want the wider reach. A buyer who reveals a phone number becomes a contact, a lead and a follow-up in your pipeline.
Search that speaks broker
2bhk, 2 BHK, 2-bedroom and 2 BR are the same query. Locality typos still match. Word order does not matter, and a search for 2bhk never leaks 3bhk results.
Inventory on a map
Paste a Google Maps link and the pin resolves itself. See what you hold across a city, and give buyers the same map on your public site.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself
Bring your inventory in
Add listings by hand, forward them from WhatsApp, or paste a message. Photos, videos and multiple owners per property are all handled.
Record what buyers want
Budget, configuration, localities, urgency. The moment it is saved it is being matched against everything you hold.
Work the follow-ups
Your day is the worklist: who is due, which lead is cold, which listing a buyer just looked at on your site.
Why switch
Built differently on purpose
Most brokers are running on three things at once: a group chat, a spreadsheet, and someone's memory. Here is what changes.

Questions
The ones brokers actually ask
Do I need to change how my team already works?+
No. Inventory still comes from WhatsApp groups and phone calls — the difference is that it lands somewhere searchable instead of scrolling away. Nothing is auto-created: captured messages sit in a review queue until someone accepts them.
Does it work on a phone?+
It is built phone-first. Brokers are on site, not at a desk, so the list, the pipeline, the map and the follow-up prompts are all designed for one hand on a mid-range Android.
Where does my data live?+
In a Postgres database that belongs to you. Agencies are separated at the database level, so one agency can never read another's contacts, inventory or leads.
Can several brokers share one account?+
Yes. Invite your team, assign leads and listings, set who supervises whom, and see who added what. One person can belong to more than one agency and switch between them.
What does the public listings site cost me?+
It is part of the product. Every listing is private by default — you choose per listing whether it appears on your own site, on the shared marketplace, or nowhere.
Is AI doing this parsing, and can it invent things?+
Extraction is rule-based by default and AI is optional and off unless configured. Either way nothing is published from a parsed message without a person accepting it.
One place for the inventory, the buyers and the follow-ups.
Set up an agency in a couple of minutes. Bring one week of listings across and see whether it holds up.
